Yonekura Ryoko returns as the housekeeper Sawaguchi Nobuko who, while a great beauty herself, nevertheless dresses frumpily when on the job in this sequel to the Fall 2012 Special, Atsui Kuuki! This time around Nobuko reluctantly becomes involved with the Uehara family, an extremely rich group who made their fortune in giving plastic surgeries. The patriarch of the family, 70 year old Uehara Hidemitsu, has fallen for the 20 year old Nakamura Akemi, who enlists Nobuko's help in keeping the old codger at bay until she's properly married. But there are secrets enough to go around in this greedy family which include unpaid taxes, a kidnapping... and Akemi herself...
