Synopsis
Ushijima Kaoru, the boss of Cowcow Finance, is known as a legendary black market lender. Cowcow Finance lends money at an illegally high interest rate of 5% every 10 days and relentlessly corners bad debtors. One day, Cowcow Finance is asked by the popular host Issei to collect the bills of female patrons. One of them is Haru, a single mother who spends money extravagantly on Issei. She cannot afford to pay her debt and decides to work at a sex-related business introduced by Ushijima. On the other hand, Cowcow Finance employee Takada happens to meet Hayato, his colleague from his days as a host, again. Hayato works at the same establishment as Issei. He has been forced by the establishment to shoulder 7 million in debt and approaches Takada to consult him about working at Cowcow Finance.
