日本を訪れる外国人の内訳を見てみると、アジアの人たちが約80％を占める一方で、
欧州、そして米国、カナダといった北アメリカは、それぞれ10％を割っている。
そこで、外国から日本に多くの人を呼ぶには、欧米から来てもらう必要があると考え、いま欧州で人気の２カ国を取り上げる。
